Personas: The Odyssey is a multi-disciplinary cultural event, based in Switzerland. Taking place in montreux on the 08.10.22, AT DÉCAL’QUAI.
DÉCAL’QUAI IS A CULTURAL SPACE LOCATED ON THE PLATFORM 1 OF THE MONTREUX TRAIN STATION.

Our mission is to support in the discovery and exploration of one’s self. Our vision is to create a safe space and the tools to begin to explore sustainable conscious living.
Personas relates to the aesthetic identities that inform us stylistically but also how in some social situations we might adopt a persona in order to portray a certain image. It is an investigation of identity through various cultural references.
The Odyssey relates to a long journey or voyage usually marked by many changes of fortune. We see it as a reflection of life itself.
With our event, we are hoping to create a safe space for you to depart on your journey of self-discovery,uncover and discover that all you need, is already right there, within you.
Through a multi-disciplinary approach, combining, art, fashion, music and meditation, we aspire to procure a stimulation of the mind, the body and the soul.
This is a cultural event, but it is not for the culture, it is for the people. An important idea that we wish to focus on is shifting from – how can we make money off the consumer? To –
what can we do for our community?

We have the honor to present some incredible local artists who will be joining us for the day.
0LSEN
Olsen lives and works in Geneva. Three years ago she began tattooing. she has a multi-disciplinary approach, combining diverse artistic mediums like engraving, sculpture, painting and drawing of course. Her creative universe can be described by the fusion between organic and robotic elements, emphasising form in an ornamental manner. Each of her designs is unique, drawn freehand, influenced by the exchanges with the person being tattooed and their requests.

NoLAN
Nolan, trained as graphic designer, discovered tattooing for the first time in 2019 on a trip to Japan. Traditional Japanese art, insects, animals and vegetation inspire his work. He is offering a special selection of flashes made specifically for this event. He is looking forward to sharing his creative universe with you.

Defk0r
Defk0r lives and works in Geneva. A natural talent, autodidact, with an impressive body of work. His style can be described as – a softness of the line, a darkness of certain subjects, a continuous progression. His drawings presented are just as authentic as they are unique.

BRyAN – LAME NOIRE
For Bryan, tattooing has been a liberation, a realisation and an affirmation. For him tattoos are like souvenirs, thoughts, regrets, dreams and desires that reside on the skins surface.
He will be presenting a collection of his works and some new flashes at the event for you to discover.
We have the honor to present to you the talented Athénaïs FROM LAME NOIRE, who will be with us for the day, bringing you the freshest cuts and the most vibrant of colours.
Athénaïs – LAME NOIRE
Passionate about hairdressing since a young age, Athénaïs will dedicate herself to each one of your projects with a sensitive and poetic touch. To her, hair is like and extension of oneself as well as a reflection of our soul.

There will be sustainable jewellery. made from recycled or upcycled materials available for purchase.
Personas a sustainable conscious collection made by OZONE will be presented. there will also be a variety of reworked, upcycled pieces, vintage and curated second hand designer pieces for sale.
OZONE will be displaying some of his sustainable digitally printed pieces exploring the theme -“DNA of existence”. prices upon request.

boucle d’or (22.00 – 00-00)
boulce d’or is a vevey-based dj. The bass is his north star, guiding him to the walls of sound and sub columns. healing his soul and leading him on the right path, bringing him to the right rave. He looks forward to make you bounce.
carm routes (00.00 – 02-00)
Carm Routes is a Vevey-based music producer. Through his friends, who brought him to his first raves in 2019, he discovered industrial techno. His heart was hooked on this particular style and sound. Since 2021, he dedicates his time to production as well as mixing vinyls and digital,exploring his passion for music. It is with optimism, joy, that he seeks to liberate you from a repetitive reality. Through resonance and vibration, carm will move you towards infinite possibilities where there is no notion of time and smiles are omnipresent. he establishes a deep connection with his listeners through sonic waves.
goffbaby (02.00 – 3.00)
Goffbaby is a Swiss-based DJ/Producer who made his debut in 2019 organising raves in vacant buildings with his friends. Since discovering his love for music at a young age, he has been exploring the production of diverse sonic compositions. In recent years, Goffbaby has established himself as a promising young producer of the hardcore scene, associated with collectives and labels such as Manareïm and Strecke. His latest achievement was winning the M4Music award for best Swiss electronic track of the year 2022. He draws inspiration from his immediate social environment. His music is a reflection of his visible reality and the emotions of the people that surround him.
We have the pleasure to announce that there will be food available at the event, some delicious, vibrant, vegetarian and vegan, dishes prepared with locally sourced ingredients. Come and try it.
